The website form prepares a message for you to send on WhatsApp. Filling in the form, opening WhatsApp or sending a message does not by itself create a booking or payment. Availability, journey details, price and terms are confirmed together.
Scope of the Quote
Quotes are based on the route, date, time, passengers and luggage. Waiting, extra stops, returns, tolls and additional requests must be expressly discussed. Admission, guiding and accommodation are not included unless expressly stated.
Changes and Cancellations
Please communicate date, time, route changes or cancellation requests as early as possible. Availability and any price difference are assessed under the agreed terms and applicable consumer law. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
